October 1- 31 – “Garments of Hope”
Our annual campaign to collect mens under garments for the Men’s Shelter on Statesville Avenue. We are asking you to purchase new men’s undergarments and place them in the containers located on the lower East Plaza and Beatties Ford Road exits. Thank you in advance for your donations.
October 13 – Men’s Health Symposium | 8:00am – 2:00pm

Monthly Meeting where Men come together for fellowship, prayer, to gain knowledge about issues effecting Black Men, committee reports and spiritual development.

October 20 – Relationship Strengthening Seminar | 9:00am – 12:30pm
Join us immediately after the Prayer Breakfast to explore methods of improving your personal and spiritual relationships. Dr. Eddie Davis will discuss “Living Courageously” and Rev. Reggie Blackmon will discuss “Trusting God with Your Relationships.”
October 27 – Brotherhood Banquet | 7:00pm – 8:30pm

Every Monday – Brotherhood Mentoring Program
Currently 23 Men from the Brotherhood are working with and helping young boys, grades K-5 at Briarwood Academy, Stoney Creek Elementary and Thomasboro Academy to improve and address behavioral issues and drive academic excellence via weekly mentoring sessions. Mentoring sessions encourage life skills development with a strong emphasis on learning. There are never enough Mentors! If you would you prayerfully consider joining us, please contact Bro.
