Fitness Ministry

A collection of exercise activities lead by licensed fitness coaches and instructors throughout the week; class schedules and fees are managed by the individual instructors.  Classes include;  Yoga for Me, Saturday Morning Bootcamp, Zumba and Walk Team.  Contact class instructors and please bring water and towel to all fitness classes.

WALKING TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE…WALKING BECAUSE WE CAN!

We are a part of the Health and Wellness Ministry at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church.  We walk for exercise and support community health walks that affect all of us on a daily basis.  We encourage members and the community to get fit by walking.  We meet every Saturday morning at 8am to walk in the Charlotte area.  Walk schedules are printed in the monthly ministry guide.

 

 

Fitness Bootcamp

Bootcamp Training is designed to deliver the most efficient total body workout in the shortest amount of time.  The workout covers all areas of fitness combining serious strength training and cardio all in one.  Come join us!

$10 per class
Saturdays, 7:30a – 8:30a
Bring a friend, towel and some water
Results:  Burn 500-1,000 calories

Tuesday and Thursday, Friendship 3400 Fitness Center
First class free, $5 per week after.  Bring yoga mat

Zumba Move Your Body Mondays

Join us Mondays, 6:15p – 7:00p in the Friendship Gym.  Bring a towel and a bottle of water.

Register in class.  $5.00 per class or $20.00 a month.
