Hello FMBC Parents/Guardians and Children,
April Calendar:
April 1 is Fools’ Day - There’s
nothing quite like making someone laugh with an April Fools’ Day prank or
joke. It’s such a fun day because the possibilities for April Fools’ Day surprising
pranks are endless.
April 13-20th is Holy Week. Holy Week begins on Palm Sunday, April
13th, and ends on Easter Sunday, April 20th. It is the last week of the 40 days of
Lent. It is the week right before Easter Sunday. Many Christians celebrate
Holy Week to honor the final days of Jesus. Holy Week has not always been
celebrated. It was first observed about 600 to 1,000 years after the death
of Jesus.
April 20 is Easter Sunday.
April 22 is Earth Day. This is a time when the world comes
together to raise awareness about climate change, pollution, species
that are in danger of becoming extinct, and how to take better care of the
planet we call home.
April 28 is National Arbor
Day. We observe this day to
promote the planting and care of trees.
We recognize their importance in providing healthy/clean air and water. Trees also provide a natural environment
for wildlife.

will feature a variety of activities for all ages, including an Easter egg
hunt, games, music, bounce houses, selfie stations, and a whole lot more! We encourage you to invite your family,
