Be part of a nationwide effort to deepen understanding of the experiences, needs, and realities faced by transition-age youth preparing for independence.

Youth Opportunity University (Y.O.U.) is a 7-week summer enrichment experience designed to inspire, engage, and equip scholars through academic, artistic, and faith-based learning. Each week features dynamic activities including field trips, Bible study, daily devotion, swimming, and enrichment sessions in dance, culinary arts, mindfulness, science, physical education, and visual arts. We will continue our focus on the Beatitudes, Fruit of the Spirit, and African American Studies, along with unpacking the Growth Mindset model to encourage perseverance, reflection, and self-awareness.
