• Have a personal relationship with Jesus
• Dedicated to personal growth through Bible study and prayer
• Lead by example
• Accountable to another Christian
• Authentic and Transparent
• Regular church and youth ministry attendance, dedicating about 5 hours per month to the group.
• Being on time and even early
• Encouraging
• Good listener
• Looks out for the “loners” in the group
• Willing to go outside of their normal group to talk to others
• Faithful in the small things
