Seeks to inspire, encourage, and strengthen the faith of any listener and participant that experiences any entity of music and the arts.

Requirements: Interpreting worship services via a monthly schedule. We are always on call to assist our Deaf and Hard of Hearing in the various ministries they so choose to participate in.

Time Commitment: The Friendship Missionary Baptist Church Sign Language Ministry (FMBCSLM) is strictly voluntary. We give our time and talent, through various forms of American Sign Language that uses hand movements, body language and facial expressions, to communicate with the deaf and hard of hearing community. Our goal is to share God’s word with our deaf and hard of hearing participants both in-person and virtually. We strive to build an inclusive community of believers through this ministry as we serve God through the gift of communication for our deaf and hard of hearing brothers and sisters.
